The website is operated, and the services are provided by BID Entertainment Limited, acting under the National Sports Betting Permit No. 00000045, granted by the National Lottery Regulatory Commission; and licensed under the License No. OYSGB/CASB/2592001 by the Oyo State Gaming and Lottery Board

Seals and badges are not gaming licences: NDPC is the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. Only the NLRC and Oyo lines name a gaming regulator.

Register check: Lagos LSLGA, FCT and Oyo

A footer number stays a claim until a regulator's own list confirms it. This is what each list showed when read on 16 September 2026.

Absence from the Lagos register is not the same as a place on the Lagos unlicensed list, and the Oyo number is unconfirmed rather than disproved. The LSLGA register and the FCT approved list are public.

Since the Supreme Court ruling of 22 November 2024, operators need state licences outside the FCT, so the answer depends on where you live: is 1win legal in your state covers Lagos law, the FCT list and FSGRN, the federation of state regulators. • Payout time. Withdrawals of up to 65,000 NGN are paid within 1 to 60 minutes under rule 6.11.4. Prize money is available for withdrawal within 24 hours after a game ends, and verification can extend that.
• Minimums. The minimum deposit and withdrawal runs from 20 NGN to 40,000 NGN depending on the payment method (rule 6.15).

The 1win name already appears on store apps from developers with no confirmed link to 1win.ng. Check the channel before you trust the logo.
