1win Penalty Shoot-Out at a glance
Evoplay released Penalty Shoot-out in May 2020 in its Instant Games category, and 1win.ng carries a 1win-branded build of it. Neither the stake range nor the top payout is published in naira, and the 1win build has no published RTP of its own.

How a penalty series plays out, kick by kick
- Pick the country you shoot forChoose the national side you want to shoot for. This opens the series.
- Set your naira stakeChoose the amount before the first kick, inside the stake range the game shows for your account.
- Aim at a spot or let the game pickTap the part of the goal you want to shoot at, or use the random option.
- After a goal, collect or shoot againEach goal moves you one stage further through the series. Collect there, or take the next kick to go further.
- Expect a miss to end the runA miss ends the series. What the earlier goals built up reaches your balance only if you collected before that kick.
Collect or shoot again: set your stop before the first kick
Every extra kick puts what the series has built up back at risk for a shot at the next stage. Straight after a goal is the hardest moment to decide, because the last kick went in, so pick your stopping point before the round starts.
- Fix a collect point in advance, for example after the first or second goal, and keep it for a set number of rounds. Read what each stage pays in the game's rules first.
- Keep the stake flat. Raising it after a miss puts more naira against the same house edge and does not make the next goal more likely.
- Do not stretch a run to recover a loss. Each kick you add is one more chance for the series to end with nothing collected.
A goal does not make the next one likelier
Treat every kick as its own event. Three goals in a row are not a hot streak, and a run of early misses does not make a goal due.
Three penalty games on 1win.ng: telling them apart
The 1win.ng lobby shows three penalty titles with close names. Evoplay makes one and 1win Games another, so check the provider on the tile before you follow a video or tips written for another penalty shoot out casino game.

| Title on 1win.ng | Made by | Demo | Published RTP |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1win Penalty Shoot-Out | Evoplay (branded build) | Yes | Not for this build; the original lists 96.00% |
| Penalty | 1win Games (in-house) | Not confirmed | Not published |
| Penalty Shoot-out: Street | Check the game tile | Not confirmed | Not published |
The in-house Penalty sits in the 1win Games line-up with Lucky Jet, Mines and Plinko. This page does not cover its rules, so do not assume it plays like the Evoplay build.

What the 96.00% RTP means in naira
Evoplay's game page lists an RTP of 96.00% for Penalty Shoot-out, which is a house edge of 4.00%. Put in naira: over a very large number of rounds, every ₦10,000 staked returns ₦9,600 in theory and ₦400 stays with the house. One session can land far above or below that.
The figure belongs to Evoplay's original. Branded builds can differ: BGaming, for example, says its branded Plinko versions come with an upgraded design, RTP and features. If the rules inside the game on 1win.ng show an RTP, go by that number.
RTP as each provider publishes it for its own version. Versions on 1win.ng can differ.
| Instant game | Provider | Published RTP | Applies to |
|---|---|---|---|
| Penalty Shoot-out | Evoplay | 96.00% | Evoplay's original |
| Plinko | BGaming | 99% | BGaming's original, not Plinko 1win |
| Mines | Spribe | 97% | Spribe's version, not confirmed on 1win.ng |
| Penalty, Mines, Plinko | 1win Games | Not published | In-house titles |
On published figures the penalty shootout game gives back less than BGaming's original Plinko or Spribe's Mines, though none of the 1win.ng versions has a confirmed number. The Plinko guide and Mines on 1win sort out which version is which, and RTP and house edge in plain words shows how to read these percentages.
The free demo: learn the controls before staking naira
1win.ng lists a demo for 1win Penalty Shoot-Out, and Evoplay hosts a free demo of the original on its game page. Use demo rounds to learn the aim-or-random choice and where the collect button sits. No demo is confirmed for the in-house Penalty or for Penalty Shoot-out: Street. A demo teaches the buttons, not how it feels to miss a kick after passing up a collect with real naira at stake.

Welcome package, free spins and cashback on an instant game
Penalty Shoot-Out is an instant game, not a slot, and that changes which offers apply to it. 1win.ng describes free spins as free slot spins, so do not plan on using the 500 package spins here.
- Casino bonus money can be used only in casino games and is wagered in the "Bonus Wagering" category, so check whether this title appears there before you play it with bonus funds. The casino bonus wagering guide explains the process.
- 1win.ng advertises weekly casino cashback of up to 30%. Read which games the cashback terms include before you count on it.
Does it matter where you aim?
Not on any published figure. Evoplay lists one RTP for the whole game, with no separate return for a corner, the random option or a country. Predictor apps and Telegram signal groups that claim to call the next goal have the same problem: Evoplay describes no way to predict a kick, and earlier kicks do not set the next one.
- No app changes the game's RTP. A stake placed on a "signal" carries the same house edge as any other.
- Never hand your 1win.ng password to a signal group or bot. 1win.ng rules say you must play for yourself, with your own money.
The explainer on predictor apps takes apart the same promises made for Aviator.
Playing the penalty game on your phone
Evoplay describes its sports games as light HTML5 games with a vertical mobile layout that run in the browser without installation. On 1win.ng that means you open Penalty Shoot-Out from the casino lobby in your phone browser, with nothing extra to download.
- For an app, 1win.ng links its own Android APK and no Google Play or App Store listing; on iPhone it is added to the home screen as a web app. The 1win app guide covers both.
- A "penalty shoot out game download" or predictor APK from another website is not from 1win.ng.
- On a weak data connection, look in the game rules for how an interrupted round is settled before you play a long series.
Session habits: a checklist before the first kick
Instant rounds settle fast, so stakes add up quicker than on a single football slip.
- Fix a naira budget and a number of series before you open the game, and close it at whichever limit comes first.
- Count a long series you collected as one result, not a reason to raise the next stake.
- If play stops being fun, use the self-exclusion request form in your 1win.ng account settings; the responsible play page lists other options.
