1win.ng login step by step with a +234 number
The 1win.ng login form has two tabs: Phone, the default, set to Nigeria, and Email. Registration on 1win.ng needs a Nigerian phone number, so every account has one and the Phone tab is the place to start. A 1win login on that tab takes five steps:
- Open 1win.ng while you are in NigeriaGo to 1win.ng in your phone or computer browser, or open the app you installed from the site. Opened from outside Nigeria, 1win.ng shows a "Regional restrictions" page instead of the form.
- Stay on the Phone tabPhone is the default tab and the number field is locked to Nigeria, so +234 is already set and you type only the rest.
- Type your number without the first 0The phone field rejects a 0 straight after +234. A number you write as 0803… goes in as +234 803…, exactly as it did at sign-up.
- Enter the password you chose at registrationSign-up passwords need at least 8 characters, and the login field refuses anything under 6. If a password fails, check caps lock before you type it again.
- Press sign in and check the balanceYour balance appears in naira (NGN), the only currency a 1win.ng account uses; there is no currency switch.

Sign in on 1win.ng with your +234 number
Keep the Phone tab, leave out the 0 after +234 and type the password you set at sign-up.

Phone tab or Email tab: which one fits your account
Start with the Phone tab. Every 1win.ng account is registered with a Nigerian number, the first of three fields on the default sign-up form. The Email tab needs an email address saved on your account, so treat it as a second route. If you have not registered yet, the three-field sign-up walkthrough covers a +234 sign-up.
The two tabs on the 1win.ng login form
| Tab | Who can use it | What to type |
|---|---|---|
| Phone (default) | Every 1win.ng account | Your number after +234 without the 0, then the password |
| Accounts with an email address added | That email address, then the password |
An email address on the account gives you a second way in that does not depend on your phone number, and 1win.ng lists 100 Points for verifying it.
Why the 1win login fails, and the fix for each cause
Match what you see on screen to a row in the table. Location and typing slips are fixable on your side of the form. For a lost password or a closed duplicate account, contact support.
Login problems on 1win.ng, likely causes and fixes
| What happens | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| "Regional restrictions" page | 1win.ng opened from outside Nigeria | Sign in once you are back in Nigeria |
| Phone number not accepted | A 0 typed straight after +234 | Delete the 0: +234 803…, not +234 0803… |
| Correct details not accepted | Account opened somewhere other than 1win.ng | Only 1win.ng accounts sign in there; register on 1win.ng |
| Password rejected | A typo, caps lock or an old saved password | Type it again with caps lock off; if it is lost, contact support |
| Password under 6 characters refused | The login field needs 6 or more | Look for a missing character; sign-up passwords have 8 or more |
| Email tab does not take your address | No email on the account, or a typo | Check the spelling or switch to the Phone tab |
| Trouble in a store app named 1win | 1win.ng links no Google Play or App Store listing | Use the browser, the APK from 1win.ng or the iPhone web app |
| Account closed after you opened a second one | The rules allow duplicate accounts to be closed | Contact support about your first account |
Do not register again to get back in
1win.ng rules say this must be your first and only registration, and they allow the company to close duplicate accounts and treat operations on them as invalid. A lost password calls for support, not a new account.
Forgot your 1win.ng login password?
Write to 1win.ng support when you cannot recall the password. The rules list online chat and email at support@1win.ng as open 24/7, and the Telegram bot @FAQ_1win_bot is another route. Since the rules let the company request documents confirming your identity, have these account details at hand before you write:
- The +234 number on the account, plus the email address if you added one.
- Your legal name. Under the rules, the name, address and NIN on the account must match your true identity.
- The name on the bank account or wallet you pay from, which has to be the same as the name on the account.
For the full set of 1win.ng support channels, see the customer care contacts page.
1win bet login on mobile: browser, APK or iPhone web app
A phone browser is enough to sign in, since the login form is part of the 1win.ng website, and the 1win.ng blog says the app does not replace the site. If you want an app anyway, take it from 1win.ng itself: the site links no Google Play or App Store listing, so keep your password out of store apps that use the 1win name.
- Android: download the APK from 1win.ng. On 16 September 2026 the main file was 5.25 MB and the alternative build 57.7 MB, so the main file costs far less data to download. The 1win.ng menu lists 200 Points for installing the app.
- iPhone: add 1win.ng to your home screen as a web app. The site has install video guides for iOS, including iOS 26.
The Android APK and iPhone install guide walks through both phones.
1win login on a PC or laptop
On a computer, open 1win.ng in a desktop browser and sign in with the same number or email and password. StatCounter put desktop at 46.49% of Nigerian web traffic in August 2026. On a shared or office computer, do not let the browser save your password, and sign out before you leave.
One 1win login for sports, casino and Aviator
The sportsbook and the casino are sections of the same 1win.ng site, so you do not need a separate betting login: Live, Prematch and Bets History sit in one menu, Lobby, Live Games and 1win Games in the other. Bonus money keeps to its own side, though: casino bonuses work only in casino games, and sports bonuses only on sports bets.
Aviator by Spribe and Lucky Jet by 1win Games are both in the 1win.ng casino, so you sign in once and open either game from the lobby. The Aviator rules and demo guide explains how a round works, and the 1win Nigeria overview maps the rest of the site.
Keep your 1win.ng account to yourself
On 1win.ng, sharing an account is a rules problem as well as a security one. You confirm that you play for yourself with your own money, and the name on the account must match the name on the cards or payment accounts you use. A friend betting on your login, or funding it from their own bank account, goes against both.
- Pick a password you use nowhere else, least of all on your email or bank app.
- Never type your 1win.ng password into a predictor, signals or bot app. Aviator rounds are provably fair, as the predictor apps explainer sets out, and no such app needs your login.
- If you think someone else has signed in to your account, contact support. 1win.ng also lists a separate address, security@1win.ng.
After you sign in: NIN check, deposits and the promo code
Sort out verification before you need a withdrawal. 1win.ng rules state that your National Identification Number (NIN) is collected solely for identity verification, anti-money laundering compliance and KYC. Under the same rules, prize money is available for withdrawal within 24 hours after the game ends, and verification procedures can extend that. The NIN verification guide explains the name-match rules.
- Deposits: 1win.ng rules put the minimum deposit and withdrawal amount anywhere from 20 NGN to 40,000 NGN, depending on the payment method. The naira deposit guide walks through the cashier.
- Promo code: the 1win.ng blog says a promo code goes in at registration or at deposit, and
NGWIN1is the one to use. The welcome package spreads up to 500% and 500 free spins over the first four deposits; the bonus card shows the minimum deposit, and wagering terms sit in the Promotions & Bonuses section. - Closing the account: the rules point to the self-exclusion request form in account settings, or to support. The responsible play page covers limits and help in Nigeria.
Checklist before you contact support
- You are in Nigeria and on 1win.ng itself, not a site that only borrows the 1win name.
- You are on the Phone tab with no 0 after +234, or on the Email tab with an address that is on the account.
- Caps lock is off, and the password is the one you set at registration.
- Your +234 number, email and legal name are ready to give support.
