How to withdraw from 1win step by step
Steps 2, 3 and 6 are tied to the rules that can hold a payout back: bonus wagering, identity checks and the name on the payout account.
- Sign in on 1win.ng while you are in NigeriaOpen 1win.ng and log in through the Phone or Email tab. From outside Nigeria the site shows a "Regional restrictions" page instead of your account.
- Check the money sits on your account balanceBonus funds can be withdrawn only after all wagering conditions are met, at which point they move to your account balance.
- Complete the KYC section before your first requestEnter your NIN and make sure your name and address match your legal identity. The NIN verification guide covers what has to match.
- Open the cashier and choose withdrawalThe withdrawal list shows the methods open to your account. Choose from that list, not from a method someone names in a chat group.
- Enter an amount at or above the method's minimumRule 6.15 puts the minimum between 20 NGN and 40,000 NGN depending on the payment method, so the floor can change when you switch methods.
- Give payout details in your own nameThe name on the card or payment account you withdraw to must match your 1win.ng account. A relative's wallet does not meet that rule, even with their permission.
- Submit once and note the timeRule 6.11.4 states that withdrawals of up to 65,000 NGN are paid within 1 to 60 minutes. Write down the amount, method and time in case the payment does not arrive.

Sign in on 1win.ng and open the cashier
Accounts run in naira only, and the payout account must carry the same name as your 1win.ng account.
Withdraw to OPay, a payment gateway or a bank account
The withdrawal list inside your account is the menu that counts. On its public pages, 1win.ng shows five payment logos in the footer: OPay, Paystack, Fincra, Interkassa and Flutterwave. If Paystack, Fincra, Interkassa or Flutterwave appears in your list, fill in the payout details that option asks for, in your own name.
Payouts to an OPay account
OPay is one of those five footer logos. If your withdrawal list offers it, choose it and enter the OPay account registered in the same name as your 1win.ng account. The OPay guide covers funding 1win.ng from the same wallet.
Payouts to a bank account, PalmPay or Moniepoint
Bank transfer, PalmPay and Moniepoint are not among the footer logos, and no official 1win.ng text names them. Your withdrawal list is the answer for your account, so check it, or ask live chat, before you plan a payout to one of them. The bank transfer, USSD and Verve guide sets out what is published.
Using one wallet or account in your name for deposits and payouts keeps the name check simple. For the other direction, see how to fund your account in naira.
How long does a 1win payout take?
The 1win withdrawal time rests on two rules: when prize money becomes available after a game, and how fast a request of up to 65,000 NGN is paid. Verification can stretch the first.
Payout timing in the 1win.ng rules, September 2026
| Stage | What the rules say | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Game ends | Prize money is available for withdrawal within 24 hours | Request the payout once it shows on your account balance |
| Identity checks | Verification procedures can extend that period | Complete the KYC section early |
| Withdrawal up to 65,000 NGN | Paid within 1 to 60 minutes (rule 6.11.4) | Contact support if an hour passes with no payment |
| Withdrawal above 65,000 NGN | No published payout time | Ask live chat about timing before you count on the money |
Pending, refused or short: fixing a 1win withdrawal problem
Match the problem to a row below before you contact support: the amount, method, payout account and KYC section are all yours to fix. If nothing fits and you suspect a fault on the site's side today, ask live chat before you submit a second request.
Common payout snags matched to the 1win.ng rules
| Problem | Possible cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Amount not accepted | Below the minimum for that method (20 NGN to 40,000 NGN by method) | Raise the amount or pick another method |
| Balance shows but cannot be withdrawn | Bonus funds still under wagering | Finish the wagering listed in Promotions & Bonuses |
| Pending past 60 minutes, amount up to 65,000 NGN | Outside the rule 6.11.4 window | Send live chat the amount, method and request time |
| Prize not yet withdrawable after a game | 24-hour availability period, which verification can extend | Complete KYC and ask support what is outstanding |
| Refused over a name | Payout account name differs from your 1win.ng account | Withdraw to an account or wallet in your own name |
| Documents requested | 1win.ng may ask for proof of identity | Send what the request names via live chat or support@1win.ng |
| Operations voided, account closed | Duplicate accounts can be closed and their operations treated as invalid | Keep one account and raise the case with support |
| "Regional restrictions" page | 1win.ng is geo-restricted outside Nigeria | Request the payout once you are back in Nigeria |
| Less arrived than requested | Withholding tax: 5% of net prize money for residents, 15% for non-residents | Ask support for the breakdown |
What to send support about a stuck payout
1win.ng rules list online chat and support@1win.ng as 24/7 channels, and the site also links a Telegram bot, @FAQ_1win_bot. Give the amount, method, submission time and the name on the payout account, and never send your password or a one-time code. All contact routes are on the customer care page.
Bonus money, Points and cashback before you cash out
Bonus funds sit apart from withdrawable money. On 1win.ng, casino bonuses are wagered in the "Bonus Wagering" category and sports bonuses on sports bets; once the requirement is met, the funds move to your account balance. Rule 13.1 applies the requirement to the bonus amount only, and each requirement is displayed in the Promotions & Bonuses section. The casino bonus wagering guide walks through the process.
- 1win Points. A 1win.ng blog post says that once your balance reaches 1,200 Points you can exchange them for money on your account. Points are credited for playing slots and placing bets, and for tasks such as verifying your email (100 Points).
- Casino cashback. 1win.ng lists weekly casino cashback of up to 30%. Check the offer terms before you count it as withdrawable; the weekly cashback page explains how it works.
- Deposits already played. The rules allow no refund once deposited money, bonus included, has been used for gambling.
Withholding tax and the 1win maximum payout
1win.ng rules set withholding tax at 5% of net prize money for residents of Nigeria and 15% for non-residents. Those match the rates in Nigeria's Withholding Tax Regulations 2024 for lottery and gaming prizes paid to unincorporated persons. No withdrawal fee appears in the 1win.ng rules quoted on this page, so if less arrives than the tax explains, ask live chat for the breakdown.
No overall naira maximum for withdrawals is published either. Limits sit at other levels: the rules let the company cap the maximum bet and odds on any event, and Aviator's Limits window shows a maximum payout for one bet. Before a large request, ask live chat for the upper limit on your method and read the high roller guide.
Withdrawal proof screenshots and fake support agents
A screenshot posted as 1win withdrawal proof in a Telegram channel or Facebook group cannot show whose account it came from or whether it was edited, so it says nothing about how your own request will go. What protects your payout is where you type your details and who you talk to.
- Ignore anyone selling "withdrawal codes". The 1win.ng blog says promo codes go in at registration or at deposit, and no 1win.ng rule cited on this page mentions a code for withdrawals.
- Enter payout details only after the address bar shows 1win.ng, and do not treat an email as coming from 1win.ng unless the sender's address ends in @1win.ng.
Do not pay a stranger to release a payout
Someone in your DMs who asks for a transfer or an OTP to release a withdrawal is not one of the support routes 1win.ng lists: live chat, support@1win.ng and @FAQ_1win_bot.
Checklist before you submit a request
- You are in Nigeria and signed in on 1win.ng.
- The money is on your account balance, not tied up in bonus wagering.
- Your NIN, legal name and address are in the KYC section.
- The account or wallet you withdraw to is in your name and appears in your withdrawal list.
- The amount clears your method's minimum.
- You know how much you want to keep on the balance for play; the responsible play page covers limits and self-exclusion.
